Capulin
Capulin (Prunus salicifolia) of the family Rosaceae may grow to 35 feet tall with a spread of 30 feet. Spacing is generally 25 ft X 25 ft. Data for yields are sparse. Harvest occurs from May to August, but main production is June and July.

Yields range from 1,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs/acre. Harvest occurs from April to July, but may production is in May.

Blackberry
Blackberry (Rubus spp.) of the family Rosaceae may be erect, trailing, or prostrate. They reach heights and spreads 6 feet. A trellis may be required for support. Spacing includes:
1) 2ft X 8ft
2) 2ft X 10ft
3) 4ft X 8ft
4) 4ft X 10ft
Yields range from 2,400 lbs to 4,300 lbs/acre, but sometimes reach as high as 12,000 lbs/acre. Harvest occurs from June to November, but main production is in July and August.

Banana
Banana (Musa acuminate) of the family Muscaceae can grow to 30 feet tall with a spread of 30 feet. Dwarf varieties may reach from 10 to 15 feet tall. Various spacing for orchards depends on the cultivar:
1) 6 ft x 10 ft
2) 8 ft x 12 ft
3) 12 ft x 12 ft
4) 12 ft x 15 ft
5) 15 ft x 15 ft
6) 20 ft x 20 ft
Yields range from 6,000 lbs to 30,000 lbs per acre. A single plant may yield up to 110 lbs a year. Main harvest occurs from June – October, but harvest may occur from April – November.

Bael
Bael (Aegle marmelos) of the family Rutaceae can grow to 40 feet high with a spread of 40 feet. Two basic orchard spacing are commonly used:
1) 25 ft x 25 ft
2) 30 ft x 30 ft
Each tree yields from 50-200 fruits per year. Main harvest occurs from July-August, but overall harvest may last from May to October.
